Thousands of people across Memphis rely on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure to get about their daily lives. People who choose to walk and bike or are unable to afford an automobile have a higher chance of being injured or killed by an automobile in Memphis than in most American cities. These deaths and injuries are preventable through education, outreach and advocacy.
Bike Walk Memphis, a program of Bike Walk Tennessee, is launching in 2016 to serve as a voice for the bicycle and pedestrian community, as well as a convener of bicycle and pedestrian programs, events, and resources. Your donation will be used to help establish Bike Walk Memphis as an ally and resource to communities across the city.
Thank you for supporting biking and walking in Memphis.
